Once the design is approved and the material intial selections are finalized, we prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and value engineer the project based on your budget.
Upon your approval, we seek any required approvals and permits. We then proceedaz to finalize selections, order furnishings, materials, and collaborate with builders, trades suppliers, and manufacturers.
The final stage involves a thorough inspection of the completed project to ensure mutual satisfaction. We conduct a final walkthrough, addressing any remaining issues or concerns.
We then hand over the completed project to you and provide a period for you to notify us of any further adjustments
